By accessing or using Flexlore ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
Flexlore provides a digital workspace to create, share, and manage interactive SOPs, onboarding materials, quizzes, and training workflows ("Services"). Services are available on web and mobile (iOS/Android). Access varies by plan (Free, Pro, Pro+, Enterprise) and role (Owner, Manager, Editor, Viewer).
For more details, please review our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your uploaded materials. By uploading, you grant Flexlore a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the Services. You warrant compliance with copyright, privacy, and data laws.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
AI‑powered features (e.g., quiz generation) may be experimental and change without notice. Results can be unpredictable; usage is voluntary.
We integrate with AWS (hosting/storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Sentry and SendGrid (monitoring/email). Use of the Service implies consent to their terms; third‑party actions are outside our control.
We collect usage analytics to improve experience. Personal data is stored on AWS (US) per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
We aim for secure, reliable operation but aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from interruptions, data loss, or third‑party issues. You may cancel or downgrade anytime via App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. We resolve issues in good faith within commercially reasonable efforts.
Services are provided “as available” while we continuously improve. Users can choose not to renew for later billing periods. Enterprise SLAs may be defined by contract.
You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or law. After termination, access to workspace data may be limited; please export or back up content beforehand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. International users are protected under global standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
